"your body is a temple"

being health conscious is a big deal nowadays especially if you want to make the best of life. too many people are dependent on caffeine to function nowadays. the results are great at first but after a while you start to notice things..

just recently i had to switch up my diet , i used to run on a healthy 2,000 a day diet 5 days a week with a cup of coffee a day. as weeks past , i noticed my heart giving me problems. i knew ever since then i could no longer have coffee on a daily basis.

Green tea was my solution to the problem its health benefits are amazing and it has some caffeine to help me keep sane. its been a few days since i've been doing great without coffee. i strictly limited myself to be able to drink coffee on occasional social gatherings as an end result. those who know me as the coffee drinking maniac , things are going to be a little bit different from now on.

I've been very busy nowadays , with work and school on my plate. i've got plenty of things to look forward to. the end of this month and the start of a great october! my 7 month anniversary with the love of my life is coming up! bebes birthday, bebes birthday party, and ufc 104. i'm really excited to see how things turn out. i hope for the best!
